Media Consent Agreement

Your presence, and that of your child(ren)/minor(s), at our event(s) constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded and grants Mamas Connect Support Network Inc. the right to use any and all recorded media of your and your child(ren)’s/minor(s)’ image(s), voice(s), and/or name(s). This includes, but is not limited to, use for promotional purposes on our website, social media, news coverage, advertising, and other organizational materials — in perpetuity.

By providing consent, you waive and release any claims you or your child(ren)/minor(s) may have related to the use of such media. This includes, without limitation:

infringement, or compensation.

If you DO NOT consent to you or your child(ren)/minor(s) being photographed or recorded, you may still enter and participate in the event(s). Reasonable efforts will be made to exclude you and your child(ren)/minor(s) from recorded media, including covering faces in group photos or omitting you from shared content.

All photography, filming, and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent unless you expressly OPT OUT and notify a staff member at check-in.
